Four Years of Rising Sales
2011 year-end results are in: Fresh mushrooms sales in dollars increased +1.6% from 2010 to 2011. Fresh mushrooms have sustained year-over-year sales growth for four years. Fresh mushroom sales also continue to outpace the total produce category sales in 10 of the top 20 categories.
