Steady, Year-Over-Year Growth
Fresh Mushroom retail dollar sales continue to show steady, year-over-year growth. In 2012, the category grew +2.1% over prior year, building on the +2.4% increase in 2011 and the +4.7% increase in 2010.
2012 vs. 2011 = +2.1%
2011 vs. 2010 = +2.4%
2010 vs. 2009 = +4.7%
For 2012, 13 of the top Fresh Mushroom segments outpaced growth of Total Produce.
